Displays how much longer a user's timeout will last. Either in the timeout icon tooltip, or next to it, configurable via settings!

To enable ShowTimeoutDuration, first install Vencord if you haven't already done so. Then open the Plugins section in settings, search for ShowTimeoutDuration, and enable it.
